It's very hard to call this the very best nation on earth when the people have no voice in the political process; when you have a gangster party called "the Democrats" registering dead people and people who don't exist to vote for an unknown man with no birth certificate called "Obama." (Blessed be he, most Merciful in his Name).

On the other side of the aisle, it's hard to be excited about a Republican party who chose a washed-up man with no fire in the belly who refuses to come on any major radio talk show that could get him elected. That makes me a little suspicious. He won't go on Limbaugh - and he's a centrist, and about as big a Republican booster as you could get.

I guess its become a crime to want to preserve your borders. I guess its become a crime to want to preserve your language and not live in a Tower of Babel and have 500 languages in the voting booth. I guess its become a crime to want to support the cultural foundations of America, which are very clear to me, and very clear to most of you.

If it's a crime, then they need to declare 30 or 40 million people in this country criminals. Apparently, believing in America is a crime.

Watching what is going on in the market, there seems to be a clear intent by Wall Street to try to destroy what's left of this country before the end of Jorge Bush's term. (Jorge Bush, the Co-President of Meh-hico). They are the reason that Jorge Bush, stooge, has stood against enforcing our laws with regard to illegal immigration. It's the Wall Street Journal, which for years, has stood against enforcing our immigration laws. "We need them!" they cry. Well, they need them to exploit them. And faster than you can say "Hopalong Cassidy," they will leave this country with their profits, and take their greed somewhere else and do the same thing.

The SEC was supposed to disclose who is short selling all of these stocks (see GM!). GM's price started at $7.15, and ended at $4 something. There was a volume of 65 million shares today - over twice the normal volume. It was shorted by some major players. The government should name who they are, sieze their assets, arrest their children's children's CHILDREN! They should sieze their castles in Switzerland, their houses in Great Neck, and their apartments on 5th Avenue. These people have not a patriotic bone in their bodies, and if you don't think they're intentionally trying to put this country under water, you're insane, or an idiot. There's a fox inside the chicken coop called "CHRIS COX," who needs to be hauled off to jail. Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

They lowered interest rates when they should have raised interest rates. I can tell you right now lowering interest rates made it worse. Sieze their assets. They're gangsters. They are the ENEMY WITHIN - the enemy who looks like you and walks like you and talks like you, who wears a shirt and tie and gives you the "Aww, shucks." They own Wall Street lock, stock and barrel, and they're men without a country. Every one of them is a Benedict Arnold.

Dr. Michael Savage announced tonight that he is NOT going to wait until after the election to form his Savage Nation Party. Time to take it back, folks.

Dr. Savage has lawyers lined up to volunteer their time to draw up the papers, and is soliciting a space to congregate. He's NOT soliciting money.

Lehman Managers Portrayed as Irresponsible

We're living in an age that makes the Age of the Robber Barons look like social workers. Having reviewed the Lehman hearings today, I was hoping to see one congressman who wasn't pretending to be filled with righteous indignation, or watching Mr. Fuld cry his crocodile tears about ripping off old ladies in Peoria and not being able to sleep at night, ("...this is a pain that will stay with me for the rest of my life...").

Alot of sound and fury, but Waxman, who I normally detest, did a decent job, and Kucinich, who I like to make fun of, did okay, but nobody on that committee went far enough. We, the American people, just had a $1 trillion bailout forced down our throats, and we had Diane Feinstein having the audacity to tell us that even though out of the 91,000 e-mails and calls she received, 85,000 of them were opposed to the bailout, but they know better than we stupid citizens, so sit down and shut up.

We're on the hook for $1 trillion, they've raised the national debt by %12, and nobody has gone to jail. Absolutely unconscionable.

You may think it's too late to do anything, but it's not. Henry Paulson should be arrested immediately. Fuld sitting there, looking down on these peons called "congressmen"- how DARE they question him on how much money he made - as an American taxpayer, I was offended - that massive profits and $5 billion in BONUSES OVER THE LAST YEAR ALONE - as the ship was going down - and now these "capitalists" love the socialization of their losses.

The bailout, of course, has accomplished NOTHING.

Nearly all who bothered to call or e-mail the thieves called "Senators" and the criminals called "Congressmen" were opposed to this bill, so what did they do? They shut the switchboard and the e-mail servers down. Screw you, taxpayer.

This Fuld thing today was like a Soviet-era show trial. Waxman made a lot of sound and fury, and ended with a question, in essence "What can be done to prevent this from happening again?" and I was really hoping to see Federal Marshals arrive to escort Fuld from the building into a jail cell today - they'll throw your kid in jail for skateboarding on a city sidewalk in some places, after all - but nothing of the sort.

If the same rules were applied to Fuld that applied to Bernard Ebbers (WorldCom), they would have hung him from something in that chamber today. You have GOT to watch this video:

It's like watching the Nuremburg trial; Goering is presented with documents, he doesn't seem to recognize the documents - "Is this my document?!" Uh, yeah buddy...your LAWYER provided it to us! Rep. Brian Higgins is clearly my winner of the day; he nailed Fuld to a cross (figuratively, of course) in front of everyone. Shazam. Then his (Higgins') time expired. Still, way to go. I hope Rep. Higgins goes far. The whole "That's not my document" speech would have been an excellent time for the marshals to burst in.

CNBC reported that the day Fuld announced that Lehman was going under, he was attacked at his gym by another executive.

Rep. Sarbanes also tore Fuld a new one - out and out called him a liar, in essence - over Lehman's involvement with Aurora - a lender I myself had priced a number of loans through but never used, because their rates always sucked - and almost, at one point, had no choice, they being one of the last lenders of last resort for some people and their monstrous credit - Aurora was making loans well past the time that most subprime lenders had gone under; at the time, I didn't know that Lehman was behind them; I didn't use them myself, and had no reason to know who owned them. I didn't feed my clients to the lions. Here's the Sarbanes segment:

The reason these guys will never, never, ever pay a dime or spend a day in jail is because they've already paid out plenty - to BOTH SIDES OF THE AISLE.

Paulson Anoints Bailout Czar

Hmm, another Goldman Sachs exec...nothing blatent about that, is there. He'll be heading up the newly created Office of Financial Stability. Now the government, who has shown itself completely inept at creating, fostering, or enabling ANY kind of financial stability (i.e. Helicopter Ben Bernanke) now specializes in it. Unbelieveable.

We're at the cusp of the Communist Rush on America. Jorge Bush, the Co-President of Meh-hico has destroyed the conservative movement, and I'll make a prediction - two!

1) Obama wins, because of McCain's ineptitude and refusal to run a campaign.

2) McCain doesn't even get re-elected to his Senate seat. He disappears, because of his ineptitude and refusal to run a campaign.

Maybe I'll be wrong. I dunno. We'll find out. Tomorrow, it's three generations of AIG leadership in the hot seat. You can bet they're rehearsing tonight.

The Days of Awe -

*Note: My apologies to the readership, Spiderman in particular, on the lateness of the blog. In addition to reading HR1424 in preparation for the blog, I had some college placement exams to take. Time got away from me; in the end, I hope that none of you will be let down by the post I have prepared.

The ten days starting with Rosh Hashana and ending with Yom Kippur are commonly known as the Days of Awe (Yamim Noraim) or the Days of Repentance. This is a time for serious introspection, a time to consider the sins of the previous year and repent before Yom Kippur.
One of the ongoing themes of the Days of Awe is the concept that G-d has "books" that he writes our names in, writing down who will live and who will die, who will have a good life and who will have a bad life, for the next year. These books are written in on Rosh Hashanah, but our actions during the Days of Awe can alter G-d's decree.

We have also had some other, non-religious Days of Awe here of late. Days where I have been in awe that Federal Marshals haven't been asked to arrest Supreme Court "justices" to try to stop some of the "stench from the bench" - I've been in awe that Angelo Mozilo, former CEO of Countrywide - is somehow walking the streets. I've been in awe that the House of Representatives actually did the right thing by voting against the bailout bill the first time, in awe that the Senate would even have the gall to vote for it after the American people spent a week deluging them with calls and e-mails to the point where they were no longer taking them. I was in awe that the House of Representatives changed course the second time around, and I was in awe that Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank haven't yet been smitten from existence by the Hand of G-d Himself.

When Barney Frank shut his pudding mouth and went away for 2 days (after the first vote), the market recovered. Mr. Frank - go home!

While Nancy Pelosi was laughing like a jackal, there was a 90-year old woman in Ohio shooting herself because her home was going into foreclosure. Fannie Mae, in the end, forgave the loan and gave this woman her house back, but we should - none of us - ever forgive Fannie Mae for having made it in the first place.

Perhaps Dr. Savage said it best yesterday: "We are all American cuckolds today, cheated on by our Republican johns." (10/3/08, hour 2)

Does anyone realize what they have done yet? I would hazard to say NO, they don't. The very theives who perpetuated this scam don't even know why they did it, really. It was like a caper that only certain people could pull off, but in order to get them in on it, they had to sweeten the pot for those specialists. In particular, here's the real beginnings of your Nanny State, coming soon. Let's start with this little nightmare, tacked on to the bill that yes, was intended to save the economy -

Subtitle B - Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008

Sounds fairly benign, right? Of course it does. It also requires your employer to add insurance coverage equal to the medical coverage you are offered, and it requires you both to purchase it, whether you want to or not. Mark my words - write them down - this will be the tool they use to finally herd every one of us into Nationalized Health "Care". This is going to increase costs to the employer, to employees, and YOU CANNOT OPT OUT. You know, if you go to a doctor for a broken arm, they set it and you let it heal. Fixing a disturbed or broken mind takes much longer, and is much, much more expensive. In order to enhance their balance sheets, at some point, employer-subsidized group health care will come to an end over this. Instead of good medical insurance, we are going to make damn sure that we instead force equal mediocrity upon all.

Then we have this little gem:

SEC. 117. CARBON AUDIT OF THE TAX CODE.

(a) Study- The Secretary of the Treasury shall enter into an agreement with the National Academy of Sciences to undertake a comprehensive review of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to identify the types of and specific tax provisions that have the largest effects on carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions and to estimate the magnitude of those effects.

Get ready. I wondered how they were going to try to pay for this bailout without annihilating our currency...I guess they're going to tax us every time we BREATHE now. I hyperbolize, but not by much, I fear.

The bailout bill also gives judges the prerogative to alter the mortgage agreements of people who declare bankruptcy. Think about that for a minute. The power to alter a CONTRACT - AFTER THE FACT...a concept that nearly our whole Anglo-Saxon system of law cries out against...I am reminded of Shylock's line from the Merchant of Venice:

"The pound of flesh, which I demand of him, Is dearly bought, 'tis mine and I will have it.If you deny me, fie upon your law!
There is no force in the decrees of Venice.
I stand for judgement. Answer--shall I have it?"

Of course he almost did. He and Antonio had a contract. The duke knew that if he did not honor the sanctity of that contract, then Venice would be screwed like a pooch - nobody would ever do business there again. We should keep that in mind.

California - Ahhh-nold wants to borrow $7 Billion. Hey Paulson, can you let the brotha hold some ens from ya till first da month? Hey AHHHH-NOLD!! If you CLOSE THE HOSPITALS TO ILLEGAL ALIENS, YOU WILL **EASILY** SAVE THAT MUCH

Detroit - $25 Billion so the UAW can force GM to continue to pay people to be laid off.

NY State - $2 Billion - Hey Gov. Paterson, do what I told Ahhhh-nold to do in Cow-leefornyah and you will easily save what you need to make up the shortfall.

Then, of course, we have the Freddie and Fannie bailouts a couple of months ago at a $300 Billion price tag, plus today's, which will cost us $1 - $2 TRILLION before they're done, bank on it.

That's a HUGE amount of money, and doesn't even count the $48 BILLION that Jorge Bush sent to Africa to help them stop having AIDS...

Now here's a frightening spectre for you: I'm going to try to predict President Obama's cabinet selections. I figure since we're all not sleeping well, why try to sleep at all?

It's time to clean the Senate out, and then the House, if they choose to ignore 3/4 of the American people.

Anyone else notice that in the two days that the House went away for the Jewish New Year, the stock market boomed? Maybe congress should stay home; the economy could properly heal itself then, maybe.

Don't you understand? This market correction is not a failure of capitalism, but rather a necessary part of it. If they pass this bailout and spend all of the money (and they will, at this point), they're going to put off the inevitable for a couple of months, and then it's only going to be worse. Bank on it - only bank on it in a coffee can buried in your yard.

It's good to be back. Over the last month, I have still spent my days in a state of outrage at the circus going on around me, and have probably bored those around me to death with my live, in-person rants. Blog or no blog, it makes no difference. So let's get back to brass tacks here.

Let's see...the bailout failed, DOW plunged 777 points, then shot back up 485 on Tuesday, nearly totally recovering. People went to work, still bought things, and presumably will get paid on Friday...we'll see.

DON'T YOU SEE THAT THE BAILOUT IS A SHAM?!

What surprises me is that Obama was at that meeting with everyone at the White House, and couldn't solve this manufactured crisis...perhaps he had to check his Messianic robes at the Secret Service desk...

They don't like illegals anymore than anyone else in this country? We didn't know they had such scruples!" and you can bet your bottom dime that if any conservative voice had posited this ridiculousness, they would have hung that person from the nearest yardarm, especially if they were white.

While some say it is impossible to round up all of the illegal immigrants, we wouldn't need to. We could start with the 1 in 3 in the prison population who are illegals. That would give the rest incentive to leave. Then, unless they fix us up with a secure border, we need to start arresting members of congress. This is a problem with solutions that nobody has the political stugats to fix, and I fear that in the end, we will all need an extreme solution. Too bad our choices for the election are a Democrat and a Communist.

Wow...so while Obama rips on McCain for not knowing how many houses the McCain FAMILY owns, I'm surprised the media is reporting on Obama's homeless, broke brother. Since Obama is all about CHANGE, maybe he could spot his brother some...

School board member Jay Wheeler's comments were made in an e-mail response to parents’ complaints that they cannot afford the new uniforms mandated by the Osceola County School District, according to MyFOXOrlando.com.

"Everyone can afford Wal-Mart and if they can’t, they need to think about turning off their cable TV or stop buying alcohol or cigarettes and spend their money on their children," he wrote.

Parent Maria Quintana says Wheeler’s e-mail is insulting.

“I have a job and sometimes it's really hard. You have to struggle," Quintana told MyFOXOrlando.com. "And to have them say something like that is really degrading."

Wheeler stands by his comments, saying people should get serious about education and put their children first.

"I thought it might be a wake-up call and I think it's something people want to say but were afraid to,” he said.

This is actually pretty funny, although he should consider that if the Osceola school district parents are nothing but a bunch of alcoholics and nicotine fiends, the problem with their failing schools is NOT the uniforms.

One of the more obvious aspects of the Obama phenomenon is that the media is conspiring to put this creature into the White House. They all seem to be in love with the idea of the first Black president. Critical questions about experience and his policies being typical far left socialism are considered “too rude” and even “racist.” Few reporters are reporting on what Obama says, or what he doesn’t say. The media is not only abdicating its responsibility to investigate Obama’s past and the anti-White hatred of his racist wife; they are actively enabling a completely unqualified individual to skate on into the office of the presidency, as a kind of Affirmative Action hire. It's kind of funny that I can get kicked off of eBay for bidding on my own auctions, and that's what these firms have been doing for God only knows how long...

"Brokers at Credit Suisse allegedly misled customers about the safety of auction-rate issues by falsely calling them "student loan" securities, according to a civil suit filed Wednesay. The plaintiff, Geneva chip maker STMicroelectronics NV, was filed Brooklyn federal court and seeks $415 million in damages. Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn, N.Y., are preparing to file criminal charges against two former Credit Suisse brokers whose clients included the chip maker, according to people familiar with the matter."
